Brazil-Portugal funding opportunity in Ocean sciences!

CAPES and FCT opened a call to fund ten joint research projects to take place in 2020/2021 in several areas of knowledge, including Ocean Sciences. This is a great asset to leverage transatlantic collaboration and therefore support the implementation of the Belém Statement.

FCT will support the mobility expenses of the Portuguese teams during their stay in Brazil in scope of each funded project. More information on the Portuguese funding can be found here (in Portuguese).

CAPES will support mobility expenses, scholarships and some projects expenses related to the Brazilian teams. More information on the Portuguese funding can be found here (in Portuguese).
