Side events and workshops are an important part of the 2026 Forum and will be held on 13,14 and 17 April, 2026 at various locations in Salvador, hosted by our Atlantic partners during the 2026 All-Atlantic Ocean Research and Innovation Week.

If you are planning to host a side event or workshop on the margins of the 2026 Forum, please contact us (roberto.depinho@mcti.gov.br cc andrea.cruz@mcti.gov.br ; jussara.prado@mcti.gov.br) with the following information so that we can consider it for inclusion on the official program taking into consideration the need to benefit from synergies and avoid schedule and thematic overlaps:

Accepted side events will be announced by mid January 2026.
The organizers will suggest some options for tourism for the participants who are interested.
