How can we strengthen women’s leadership in ocean science?

Women only make up 37% of the ocean workforce. As part of Oceans 20 Brasil, the civil society engagement group coordinated by the UNESCO Chair for Ocean Sustainability within G20 Brasil, women from across the world working in ocean science and conservation outline how to better promote women’s ocean leadership.
