Join the MIT Portugal Partnership 2030 (MPP2030) 2019 annual conference on September 30th, to be held this year in University of Azores, Ponta Delgada, Azores.
The conference theme is: “The Atlantic as a platform for science and technological impact.”
The 2019 MIT Portugal Annual Conference sets a special milestone, because the Azores represent a strategic element for the 2030 vision of the MIT Portugal Program
The conference will gather a wide group of participants from MIT; Portuguese national institutions (academic, research, and industry); and the Azores in the hopes of involving the island community more deeply in our international partnership.
Call for Posters
We seek poster submissions that showcase work related to the strategic research areas of MIT Portugal Program:
- Climate Science & Climate Change
- Earth Systems: Oceans to Near Space
- Digital Transformation in Manufacturing
- Sustainable Cities
Presenting a poster at the conference is a great opportunity to establish contact points between Portugal and MIT, as well as trigger ideas for upcoming project calls. The Conference aims to be a place where Portuguese researchers and students, MIT faculty, and industry members all convene together.
