11th Atlantic Stakeholders Platform Conference (ASPC 2024)

Event date: 21-22 November 2024

We are delighted to announce that participant registration form for the 11th Atlantic Stakeholders Platform Conference (ASPC 2024) is now open!

The 11th Atlantic Stakeholder Platform Conference (ASPC 2024) will take place four years after the launch of the Atlantic Action Plan 2.0 – A New Approach to the Atlantic Maritime Strategy. The Conference will, as in previous years, provide all stakeholders of the Atlantic Community the opportunity to review the progress and achievements made so far regarding AAP 2.0, objectives and blue economy challenges in the Atlantic Sea Basin.

In line with the 2023 Ministerial Declaration signed in Porto, this year’s French Presidency of Atlantic Steering Committee has been focusing on three key priorities that underscore the Ministerial Declaration: environmental stewardship, stakeholder community involvement and international cooperation. Based on this approach, the ASPC 2024 will have dynamic sessions to enhance cross-sea basin dialog and enhance inclusivity of AAP 2.0 by fostering participation of different communities, regional and local stakeholders.

Like in 2023, the ASPC 2024 will be set in close liaison with Annual Interreg Atlantic event with a joint event based on Blue Synergies. This approach illustrates the strong cooperation between ASC and the Interreg Atlantic Managing Authority to support the AAP 2.0 implementation.
