Call for expressions of interest: project exhibition at the All-Atlantic Forum 2025

25–26 September 2025 | Charlemagne Building, Brussels

Expressions of interest are now open for the Project Exhibition at the All-Atlantic Forum 2025, which will be held on 25–26 September at the Charlemagne Building in Brussels.

Are you involved in an EU-funded or Atlantic-based project focused on ocean research, innovation, or community engagement? This is a valuable opportunity to present your work to a transatlantic audience, including policymakers, researchers, early career professionals, and community leaders.

The exhibition will offer participants the chance to:

  • Promote their project to a broad international audience
  • Engage with key stakeholders from across the Atlantic region
  • Showcase contributions to the priorities of the All-Atlantic Ocean Research and Innovation Alliance (AAORIA)

Projects may be presented in a range of formats, including physical roll-ups, posters, digital displays, printed materials, or interactive elements such as apps, prototypes, or visual storytelling.

Deadline for submission: 22 August 2025

Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and places are limited.

To submit your Expression of Interest, please download this form and send it back to laura.mcdonagh@marine.ie and emma.horgan@marine.ie with “AAORIA Forum project exhibition expression of interest” in the subject line.
