Turtle Foundation is a NGO that aims at contributing to sea turtle conservation in Cape Verde by cooperating with local communities to create a future where both sea turtles and people can thrive conducts. Turtle Foundation develops turtle biology/conservation presentations, sponsors art and educational programs for school children, organizes beach clean-ups, provides training sessions for tour agencies for turtle walks, and other community events.
