The Associação Portuguesa de Educação Ambiental (ASPEA) has promoted more than 20 “Talks with Scientists” in several Portuguese schools. Researchers from CESAM (University of Aveiro), MARE -UC (University of Coimbra), MARE – ISPA (Lisbon), Instituto Politécnico de Viseu and CIIMAR (University of Porto) were engaged in the initiative, where themes as coastal erosion, marine ecosystems, aquaculture, marine pollution, marine invasive species and carbon capture were discussed.
