MEMENTO (the Latin word for ‘remember!’) was launched in 2009 as a joint initiative between SOLAS (Surface Ocean Lower Atmosphere Study) and COST Action 735 (European CoOperation in the Field of Scientific and Technical Research). MEMENTO aims to become a valuable tool for identifying regions of the world ocean that should be targeted in future work to improve the quality of air-sea flux estimates. To achieve this aim, we are continously looking for new data.
